Acclaimed Viral Music Video 'We Will Not Be Silenced' Wins Progressive Source Award
(Billboard Publicity Wire) July 19, 2007 -- "We Will Not Be Silenced" has been viewed more than 6.0 million times since its launch less than two years ago, making it one of the most highly downloaded viral videos on the internet. That accomplishment was recognized at the 2007 Progressive Source Awards, where it was unanimously awarded Best Awareness-Raising Video by a panel of judges.
"We Will Not Be Silenced" [www.wewillnotbesilenced.com was launched by TOL23 Design August 17, 2005 to raise public awareness and support for American soldiers in Iraq, while drawing attention to the mounting war casualties, speaking out against the current Bush administration and their escalation of military efforts in the region, and spreading a message of peace and unity.

In the Best Awareness-Raising Video category, TOL23 competed against nominated videos from groups including Avaaz, Greenpeace, True Majority and The Hightower Download.
